- Hattat Şekerzâde Mehmed Efendi'nin, Şeyh Hamdullah’ın Ravza-i Mutahhara'ya vakfedilmiş olan Mushafını esas alarak yazdığı ve 1146 tarihinde üçüncü kez istinsah ederek tezhip ve cildiyle birlikte Sultan I. Mahmud’a arz ettiği nüshanın Matbaa-i Âmire'de basılmış nüshalarındandır. Mushafın yazma nüshası Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi Yeni Cami koleksiyonunda 00003 demirbaş numarasıyla muhafaza edilmektedir.
